Delivery & FAQ

  • We deliver around London using one of three services – Addison Lee or similar uninsured courier. We also use insured Art Movers and we can arrange insured / bonded shipping to export.

We advised using art crates for FED-EX services if you need to ship high value / hard to replace artwork and you need crated dispatch around the UK or internationally, we can help. And finally we use Parcelforce / Royal Mail for small items such as a small box of frames.

  • Yes framing can be an outlay, we appreciate it can be costly – especially framing for a show when you are unsure if you will recoup costs. We like to devise a frame choice that will suit your work and we can make them so that they can be used and re-used, artists and makers can have sets of frames that can be used over again. Tell us your budget, we can help you.

  • We do offer a variety of substrates and glazing – the two big decisions in framing. We only use Level 2 or above boards, and we only use museum grade hinging tapes on the artwork.
