Dry-Mounting

We offer professional dry-mounting, a process that bonds artwork to a rigid substrate to prevent cockling or waviness — particularly important for photographic prints and often desirable for graphic work.

We’ll recommend the right substrate based on your artwork, final use, and desired finish. Once bonded, the image appears neater, flatter and sharper, with light reflecting evenly across the surface.

We work with a range of high-quality substrates:

  • Kapa: a premium foamed core with aluminium skins, developed specifically for drymounting. Ultra-smooth and lightweight.

  • Dibond and aluminium: ideal for sleek, rigid presentation. Can be laminated and frameless.

  • Level 2 mount card: smoother than museum-level boards, offering a clean, flat surface while remaining conservation-friendly.

Conservation Mounting

Our standard mount board is Conservation Level 2, offering excellent protection for most artworks. For particularly valuable or delicate works, we also offer Museum Level 1 materials upon request. All mounts are hand-cut and available in a variety of styles, including (raised) float mounting and deep windows.
